Depending on your specific requirements, whether it’s architectural, interior design, or a combination of both, the design process varies. However, we will outline a standard procedure and deliverable in the following text.
Architecture
The architectural project involves shaping the space and designing the exterior appearance of the structure. Additionally, it encompasses the organization and design of the site on which the building is situated. The project is represented through technical drawings such as plans, site plans, sections, and elevations, as well as through 3D renderings and animations. Furthermore, the architectural project includes addressing all legal regulations to obtain building permits.
Interior design
The interior design project encompasses space organization, materialization, and detailed development of all aspects. It is primarily represented through technical drawings and 3D renderings. Technical drawings vary according to the needs of the planned interior design; some examples include furniture layout plans, ceiling layout plans, wall and floor treatment plans, among others. Additionally, the interior design project includes plans for lighting layout, electrical outlets, and other necessary details to achieve the envisioned interior appearance. As part of the project deliverables, we provide technical drawings for furniture execution, as well as a list of all necessary elements for procurement.
Execution of the project
The project execution process involves organizing all contractors for the implementation of the necessary tasks defined by the project, as well as overseeing and coordinating their work. Additionally, within the execution process, it entails collaborating with clients in selecting all materials, along with any other necessary procurement aspects.
